This girl likes to play in the dirt and Shane has to tell me just to take a breath and let her do it, then we come in and get in the bath.

Chelan Weekend

The last week of April we took a vacation day and left Thursday night to meet the Price's and Turrell's in Chelan for a nice weekend away. We rented an amazing house with a great view of the lake. Kendall had the best, long car ride of her life and that made it even better. The weather was nice and it was great to get out of the rain on the westside. It was a very relaxing weekend and felt like we were gone longer than just 3 nights. Just what we needed before the last 7 weeks of the school year.

Kendall now even refers to Brody as Spiderman at times now. She also called Chris, Christmas.

I am not sure if I have been on the past 2 vacations with my family because I am not in a single picture but that is my choice :) I really would rather not see myself in pictures right now.

Boy! I had my ultra sound last Monday and within about 5 minutes of laying down she was able to tell us it's a boy. Now just trying to figure out a name...pretty hard to do when you are a teacher because every name reminds you of some student we have had over the years. They said the baby looked very healthy.
